Two-column installation for complex cleaning AquaClack MIX 0.125SC/2
Description
Complex treatment plants are designed for softening and iron removal of water used for household and drinking needs, in heating and hot water supply systems, for feeding boiler plants, in technological lines of food production.
Water softening is carried out by sodium cationization by filtering the source water through a layer of MIX ion exchange resin. The regeneration of the ion-exchange resin is carried out automatically with a solution of common salt at a specified interval. For softening water at complex treatment plants, a special MIX load is used.
The use of complex treatment plants, subject to the operating conditions, provides the following values of the residual total water hardness:
- at normal plant performance - 0.1 mg-eq/l;
- at normal performance of two units (in series) - 0.01 mg-eq / l;
- iron: at normal plant performance - 0.1 mg/l;
The complex water treatment plant of the “AquaCLACK-MIX … SC /1” series includes the following elements:
- two sodium-cationite filters with MIX loading;
- electromechanical unit for automatic control of the filter regeneration process;
- brine tank.
Each sodium cation exchange filter consists of:
- corps; The filter housing is made of high density polyethylene with an outer coating of fiberglass on epoxy resin. The housing has an upper threaded hole for installing a drainage distribution system, loading filter materials, and mounting a control unit.
- ion exchange resin;
- supporting layer of gravel;
- drainage distribution system: upper slotted screen, vertical corrector, drainage device in the form of one slotted cap or six slotted beams.
The control unit includes:
- a software device used to set the frequency, start time and duration of the filter regeneration process;
- multi-way valve, the switching of which during filter regeneration completely replaces the standard shut-off and control valves;
- built-in ejector for selecting salt solution from the tank-solvent and protective screen of the ejector;
- programmer and multi-way valve motors;
- one vane water meter of special design, mounted on a multi-way valve.
The composition of the tank-solvent includes the following elements:
- housing and cover made of high density polyethylene;
- salt collector;
- protective casing of the salt collector with a cover;
- overflow fitting;
- flexible hose for connecting the salt collector to the control unit.
