MATERIALS
- All materials in contact with the pumped liquid comply with drinking water requirements (certified by WRAS and ACS).
SERIES 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22SV FEATURES
- Vertical centrifugal, multistage pump. All metal parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of stainless steel.
- The following versions are available:
- F: round flanges, suction and discharge connections are in line ("in-line"), AISI 304.
- T: oval flanges, in-line suction and discharge connections, AISI 304.
- R: round flanges, discharge above suction, with 4 adjustable positions, AISI 304.
- N: round flanges, suction and discharge pipes are in line ("in-line"), AISI 316.
- V: Victaulic® couplings, suction and discharge in-line, AISI 316.
- C: Clamp couplings (DIN 32676), in-line suction and discharge connections, AISI 316.
- K: threaded couplings (DIN 11851), suction and discharge connections are in line ("in-line") AISI 316.
- Reduced axial loads allow the use of standard motors available on the market.
- The mechanical seal disc prevents air from accumulating in the critical space prior to the mechanical seal.
- Mechanical seals meet the requirements of EN 12756 (formerly DIN 24960) and ISO 3069 for series 1, 3, 5SV and 10, 15, 22SV (≤ 4 kW).
- The balanced mechanical seal complies with EN 12756 (previously DIN 24960) and ISO 3069 and can be replaced without removing the motor from the pump hydraulics , for series 10, 15 and 22SV (≥ di 5.5 kW).
- The design of the mechanical seal chamber housing prevents air from trapping in the critical space prior to the mechanical seal.
- For Series 10, 15, 22SV a second fill plug is available.
- Versions with round flanges, which can be connected with mating flanges, comply with EN 1092.
- Threaded oval counter-flanges made of stainless steel are supplied as standard for T version pumps.
- Stainless steel round counterflanges are available on request for versions F, R and N.
- Ease of maintenance. No special tools are required to assemble and disassemble the pumps.
- Pumps models F, T, R, N are certified for use with potable water (WRAS and ACS).
- Standard versions for liquid temperatures from -30°C to +120°C.
