Modular transportable boiler plants MTKU-(P) are designed for technological steam supply, as well as for heating water in heating and hot water supply systems.
Our boiler plants do not require project development , as they are manufactured according to the specifications of TU U 25.3-36350685-001:2014 , as a finished factory product and have a certificate of conformity of Ukraine UA. TR. 089.02223-14. For the installation of a boiler house, it is only necessary to develop a "installation on site" project.
Main advantages:
- it is not required to develop a full-fledged boiler house project, which increases the cost and construction time. It is only necessary to complete the project for supplying external communications;
- if necessary, the boiler room can be easily transferred to another facility;
- low payback periods;
- small overall dimensions;
- the ability to start immediately after installation.
Types of fuel burned:
- gaseous: natural or liquefied gas;
- liquid: fuel oil or diesel.
The boiler room is delivered to the installation site in transportable blocks and after installation it is a single room with the main and auxiliary equipment installed.
Delivery set includes:
- boiler room on the basis of metal structures (boxes);
- steam boilers;
- automation of boilers and boiler room, instrumentation;
- pumping equipment (network and circulation pumps, make-up pumps, VPU pump);
- water treatment plant, taking into account the analysis of the customer's source water;
- household premises (operator's cabin, bathroom, etc. on an additional order);
- heating and ventilation system of the boiler room;
- flue pipe and other auxiliary equipment for reliable operation.
Description of the boiler room : In the boiler room it is proposed to install a steam boiler E-1.0-0.9G-3 with a CibItalUnigas (Italy) burner. Description of the boiler: Steam boiler E-1.0-0.9G-3 belongs to the type of vertical water-tube gas-tight boilers and is designed to generate saturated steam with a working pressure of 0.8 MPa, used for industrial, household and heating needs of industrial and agricultural enterprises. Boiler E-1.0-0.9G-3 is designed for operation on gaseous and liquid fuels and is delivered assembled with insulation and sheathing made of sheet steel. | |
Burner device for smooth load control from 30 to 100% manufactured by CibItalUnigas (Italy) of special design for short-furnace boilers. The use of this burner device allows maintaining the specified steam pressure in the boiler drum. When the steam analysis is stopped at the production site, the burner goes into a "technical pause" stopping the boiler. After the pressure in the boiler drum drops below the set value, ignition is performed automatically, the boiler is purged and all protections are checked. | |
Lowara steam boiler feed pump (Italy) The boiler house provides for the installation of a working and standby feed pump of the E-1.0-0.9G-3 steam boiler manufactured by Lowara (Italy). These pumps are selected taking into account a 20% margin for boiler performance and pressure after the pump. The high efficiency motors of these pumps comply with the latest EU energy saving regulations. | |
The preparation of the source water for feeding the boilers is carried out using mechanical water purification filters mounted in the boiler room, after which the water is softened by passing through a Na-cationite filter (the filter body is made of durable glass fiber, which eliminates corrosion), which operates in automatic mode and requires only backfilling salts for the regeneration of the cation exchanger. After softening, water is supplied to fill the heating system with the help of multistage make-up pumps Wilo (Germany). | |
Pipeline fittings , adjustable and unregulated, are offered: for water - up to Du-40 - ValTec fittings or analogues, over Du-40 - Zetkama butterfly valves or analogues - increasing reliability without compromising the overall cost of the boiler house. All pipelines of the boiler house with a surface temperature above 55 ° C are covered with heat-insulating material. | |
The metal structure of the boiler house is a single room made of metal panels with thermal insulation inside them, with a size (LxWxH) of 8700x3200x3450mm. On the walls of the module there are doors that open outwards. There are also windows on the end and side walls of the module. Window and door openings provide the necessary area for easily dumped structures. | |
Boiler flue . For stable combustion and additional protection of the boiler against gas explosions in the furnace, a smoke exhauster with a frequency regulator on the electric motor is installed on the boiler. | |
Boiler chimney. To remove flue gases from the boiler, a chimney in a frame is provided with the boiler room, which does not require the installation of stretch marks. The foundation for the chimney is calculated when the project for linking the boiler house is carried out. The inside of the chimney is made of stainless steel, then the insulation is made and the outer casing is also made of stainless steel. Chimney height 15m. The exact height of the chimney is calculated after the execution of the EIA project at the stage of drafting the binding project. | |
