Atmospheric deaerator DA-1

Atmospheric deaerators of the DA series are designed to remove corrosive gases (oxygen and free carbon dioxide) from water, to feed steam boilers and make-up water for a heat supply system.
Atmospheric deaerator DA-1 is a vertical, cylindrical vessel with elliptical bottoms and nozzles for inlet and outlet of the working medium, in which deaerating elements and the necessary supply of water are placed. The atmospheric deaerator has three supports. The deaerator is provided with branch pipes for connecting shut-off and control valves, a safety valve, a level indicator, a level gauge column, as well as a branch pipe for condensate return.
For periodic inspection of the internal surfaces of the atmospheric deaerator bubbling device, the connection of the upper elliptical bottom with the body is made on a collapsible flange connection. To inspect the lower part of the deaerator, a manhole with a conditional diameter of 400 mm is provided.
The advantage of atmospheric deaerators DA-1 and DA-3 is a vertical design, which allows you to occupy a minimum area in the boiler room. The operating mode of the atmospheric deaerator is fully automated. The automatic control unit, together with control valves and sensors, stably maintains the specified water level in the tank, the steam pressure in the steam volume, and the temperature of the deaerated water.
