Circulation pump for the Wilo Top-Z hot water system (coupling, stainless steel)
Wilo TOP-Z circulation pumps circulate water in heating, hot water and floor heating systems. Wilo TOP-Z circulation pumps are quite compact and lightweight, installed directly on the pipeline and operate almost silently. Suitable for systems of almost all private houses, not easy to install and have a long service life. The installation of the Wilo TOP-Z electronic high-efficiency pump saves up to 90% of energy compared to an unregulated circulation pump. If, however, the Wilo TOP-Z pump is used in the hot water supply system, then the energy savings compared to standard circulation pumps will be 80%.
Equipment and functions of Wilo TOP-Z circulation pumps:
- manual power adjustment with 3 speed settings
- Wilo pumps TOP - Z EM with single-phase motor:
- P 2 up to 90 W: Integrated winding protection against overheating
- P 2 = 180 W: Complete motor protection by winding safety contact in combination with tripping device
- Wilo pumps TOP - Z DM with 3-phase motor:
- P 2 up to 90 W: Integrated winding protection against overheating
- P 2 ≥ 180 W: Complete motor protection with integrated electronic tripping system
- fault indicator
- contact for generalized fault signaling
- control indicator for direction of rotation
- connection to a 3-phase 230 V mains supply with optional switching plug
- Wilo pump housing TOP - Z bronze or gray cast iron (may be stainless steel depending on the type)
- combined flange PN 6/PN 10 (for DN 40 – DN 65)
- thermal insulation for use in heating systems

- fault signaling SSM as potential-free NC contact;
