Membrane expansion tanks Refix DE junior Reflex are designed to work in water supply systems that are not subject to mandatory certification according to DIN 1988-100-2011. For example, in booster installations, fire extinguishing systems, in networks of water underfloor heating. Due to the fact that the hydraulic accumulators of this line are produced in volumes from 25 liters to 600, the range of their application is quite wide - from individual construction to large industrial buildings.

All Reflex tanks are made of high-quality sheet steel, painted blue, all internal surfaces in contact with water have an anti-corrosion coating.

Butyl rubber membrane according to DIN 4807 T3, bacteria resistant. The pre-pressure in the 25 liter container is 2 bar, in the others it is 4 bar. The maximum working pressure for all volumes is 10 bar. The containers comply with the EU Directive 97/23/EG for pressure equipment.

There are no shut-off, drain, flow fittings in the tanks of this series. Connection to tanks depends on the nominal volume of the product. In a tank with a capacity of 25 liters, the connection is threaded G 1. In tanks with a nominal volume of more than liters, the connection is R 1.

Description of Refix DE membrane tank:  

• for systems not subject to DIN 1988 certification, e.g. fire extinguishing systems, water boosters, underfloor heating;
• do not have flow, shut-off and drain valves;
• diaphragm according to DIN 4807 T3;
• in tanks with a volume of 80 liters or more, the membrane is replaceable;
• surfaces in contact with water are protected from corrosion;
• approved for use according to acc. guidelines for pressure devices 97/23/EC;
• blue color;
