Scope and installation

BC submersible pumps are recommended for lifting water with a significant and severe degree of pollution, applicable in household and public utilities . They are equipped with a two-channel impeller, which provides pumping of liquids with the presence of short-fibre solid particles in suspension with a diameter of up to 50 mm. They are recommended for the removal of sewage and sewage, surface water and a mixture of water with sludge in such objects as summer cottages, cottages and individual buildings.
These pumps are reliable for stationary operation in automatic mode.

Structural characteristics:

• Discharge body: cataphoresis-treated cast iron, with ISO 228/1 threaded spigot
• Threaded spigot iso 228/1.
• Motor housing and base: AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Impeller: two-channel, AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Drive shaft: AISI 316 stainless steel.
• Double mechanical seal: carborundum - nbr - AISI 316 stainless steel on the pump side and O-ring on the motor side. between them
• A shut-off oil chamber is located for lubrication and cooling of the seal in case of lack of water.
