MAIN ASSEMBLY MATERIALS
- Body - cast iron GG25 (DN15 - DN32, DN200 - DN250), ductile iron GJS400 (DN40 - DN150)
- Ball - chrome-plated brass
- Spindle - chrome-plated brass
- Ball seat - Teflon PTFE with graphite
- Handle - carbon steel 1.0114
- Spindle seal - Viton®
DESIGN FEATURES
- Heavy duty nodular cast iron body (standard) for DN40 - DN150.
- The fixing bolts of the collapsible body (for DN40 - DN250) are located outside and do not come into contact with the working medium.
- The “non-flying” spindle rotates in a brass bush, which ensures low friction forces.
- The axial backlash of the spindle during operation is selected using a nut that simultaneously fixes the handle.
- Dynamic sealing of the spindle due to the installation of two sealing rings in each groove.
- The ball seats are made of Teflon (PTFE) with graphite for less friction and more elasticity.
- The ball seats are spring-loaded with elastomer inserts that are more resilient than steel springs.
- Smooth running and low torques when opening/closing.
- Valves are standard equipped with flanges for installation of electric and pneumatic actuators according to ISO 5211 (for DN40 - DN250), which makes it easy to install any actuator without dismantling the valve.
