Structural characteristics
The Lowara e-LNE pumps are single impeller centrifugal pumps with in-line nozzles. The e-LNE series pumps are designed to allow the removal of the motor and impeller without removing the casing from the piping system.
As standard, the pump housing is made of cast iron; the standard material of the impeller is also cast iron, but it is possible to manufacture the impeller in bronze or stainless steel.
The pumps are equipped with replaceable mechanical seals and IE3 efficiency class motors and are available in the following designs:
- Monoblock. Monoblock design with the impeller mounted on an extended motor shaft.
- With adapter. The pump is connected to the motor by means of an adapter and a rigid coupling mounted on the free end of the standard motor shaft.
