Electromagnetic on-off valves with manual cocking of the shutter are designed for remote control of gas flows (natural gas, liquefied gas, air, carbon monoxide and other dry gases) as shut-off and control organs and security organs.
The principle of operation of valves with manual cocking of the shutter is based on the automatic shutdown of the natural gas flow when voltage is applied to the coil (electromagnet) of the valve in the case of a normally open version and the voltage is removed from the coil in the case of a normally closed version.
These valves are safety valves, therefore, the valve can be re-set to the operating position after automatic operation only after the causes of its operation have been eliminated and the valve stem has been cocked manually.
