Butterfly valve ARI-ZESA 22.012 DN25 - DN500
Butterfly valves ARI-ZESA are used on pipelines with pressure up to PN16, mainly as shutoff valves. They do not require maintenance.
Areas of use:
Heating installations, installations working with cold, cooled, waste, drinking and technical water. Equipment in swimming pools and power plants.
Peculiarities:
- The sealing (EPDM, NBR, FPM-Viton) of the shutter ensures complete double-sided tightness of the structure.
- The disc and the shaft are rigidly connected to each other by means of a conical pin.
- The seat has a thickening at the point of contact with the disk, goes into a recess in the body. Due to this, a decrease in the relative deformation of the seat during closing is ensured and, accordingly, the service life of the valves is increased.

- Working environment: cold, heated and hot water, drinking water, technical water, etc.
- Nominal diameter: DN25 - DN200, DN250 - DN500 - on request.
- Nominal pressure: PN16, PN6 - PN10 - on request.
- Operating temperature (depending on seal): EPDM -10...+130°С (standard); NBR -10...+80°С; FPM (Viton) -10...+150°C (optional).
- Drive: locking handle, worm gear (standard from DN250), electric and pneumatic drives.
- Accession: interflange.

- Housing - ductile iron EN-GS1030.
