Flanged shut-off valve ZETKAMA 234 DN50 (bellows)
Flanged cast-iron bellows shut-off valves are designed for installation on pipelines as a shut-off device for steam. Due to the fact that the disc, key, bellows and stem are made of stainless steel. steel, and the seal is graphite, the temperature of the transported medium can reach up to 300 * C and the maximum pressure up to 16 atm.
Installation: any, the direction of a stream has to coincide with an arrow on the case. On valves DN 200 and above, the flow is directed to the seat. Before installing the valve, the internal cavities of the system must be cleaned of dirt, scale, sand and other foreign particles that affect the performance of the valve.
Design features:
The 234 Series Gate Valve features an improved stainless steel bellows seal design that eliminates stem leakage. This type of valve does not require service, because in the design, in addition to the stuffing box seal, a bellows is included.
